Welcome to IdeaLoop. IdeaLoop is an online creative challenge platform where users can view prompts, publish responses, comment on ideas, vote, and receive AI-assisted feedback.

1. Your account

You may need an account to publish responses, comment, vote, access AI coaching, or use other interactive features. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

2. User content

You retain ownership of the ideas, responses, comments, and other content you submit. By posting content, you give IdeaLoop permission to host, display, reproduce, process, and share that content as needed to operate and improve the platform.

3. AI-assisted feedback

AI feedback may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for some purposes. Do not rely on IdeaLoop AI feedback as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, deceptive, spammy, or harmful to others.

5. Moderation

IdeaLoop may remove, hide, restrict, or review content or accounts that appear to violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

6. Service availability

IdeaLoop is provided on an MVP and evolving basis. Features may change, break, be limited, or be discontinued.

7. Limitation of liability

IdeaLoop is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeaLoop and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of IdeaLoop after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
